The Service integrates third-party SDKs (described in Section 4.2) that may independently collect and process data as described in their respective privacy policies. These third parties act as independent data controllers and are responsible for their own data processing practices:

  • Google LLC (AdMob, UMP, Play Billing): Provides advertising, consent management, and payment processing services. Google's privacy policy governs how they handle data collected through their services.

We will notify you via a prominent notice within the Service or by email (if available) of any change in ownership or uses of your Personal Data, as well as any choices you may have regarding your Personal Data.

7. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

7.1 Local Storage

All game data (progress, preferences, customizations) is stored exclusively on your device using AES-256 encryption provided by the Easy Save 3 (ES3) library. This data is saved in Unity's persistent data path on your device. We do not operate any servers or cloud storage for user data.

7.2 No Backend Servers

We do not maintain any backend servers, databases, or cloud infrastructure that stores your Personal Data. The only data processing that occurs outside your device is through the integrated third-party SDKs (Google AdMob, Google UMP, and Google Play Billing), which transmit data directly to Google's servers as described in their respective privacy policies.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:

  • Local game data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
  • We follow industry best practices for secure software development
