Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service," or "Agreement") carefully before using Sine Rush (the "Game") developed and published by Jagdish Sahu, operating as SAHU GAMES ("SAHU GAMES," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you ("you," "your," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, access, or use the Game.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are at least 13 years of age;
(b) If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you have obtained your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Game and they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf;
(c) You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
(d) You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

1.2 If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a minor, you are fully responsible for the minor's use of the Game, including all financial charges and legal liability.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE GAME

2.1 Sine Rush is a mobile game developed by SAHU GAMES. The Game is provided to you free of charge with optional in-app purchases and advertisements.

2.2 The Game may include the following features:

(a) Single-player gameplay
(b) In-app purchases of virtual items and currency
(c) Advertisements served by third-party advertising networks
(d) Local leaderboards
(e) Player customization options
(f) Offline gameplay capability

3. LICENSE

3.1 Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree that you will NOT:

(a) Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game or any portion thereof;
(b) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Game;
(c) Use the Game for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party;
(d) Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer the Game or any rights therein to any third party;
(e) Use the Game in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Game or interfere with any other party's use of the Game;
(f) Use any unauthorized third-party software, tools, or hacks that interact with or modify the Game ("cheats," "mods," "hacks," "bots," or "trainers");
(g) Exploit any bugs, glitches, or design errors in the Game for personal advantage;
(h) Use the Game to violate any applicable law or regulation;
(i) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data associated with the Game;
(j) Use the Game in any manner not expressly authorized by these Terms.

3.3 Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by SAHU GAMES. The Game is licensed, not sold, to you.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 Ownership

The Game, including but not limited to all content, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, music, artwork, animations, visual effects, text, software code, game mechanics, and the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel," and arrangement thereof, is owned by Jagdish Sahu / SAHU GAMES and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4.2 Trademarks

"SAHU GAMES," "Sine Rush," and all related logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Jagdish Sahu / SAHU GAMES. You are not permitted to use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

4.3 User-Generated Content

Any username, display name, or profile customization you create within the Game remains your content. However, by creating such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and store such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Game.

4.4 Feedback

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Game ("Feedback"), you acknowledge that such Feedback is non-confidential and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Game or any other products without any obligation or compensation to you.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES

5.1 The Game may offer virtual items, virtual currency, and other content for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). In-App Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to the terms and conditions of the Google Play Store.

5.2 All In-App Purchases are:

(a) Final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies;
(b) Consumable or non-consumable as described at the point of purchase;
(c) Licensed to you, not sold, and do not convey any ownership rights;
(d) Valid only within the Game and have no cash value or real-world monetary value.

5.3 Virtual Items and Currency

(a) Virtual items and currency (including but not limited to gems, coins, premium passes, starter packs, and cosmetic items) are digital content that exist only within the Game.
(b) You acknowledge that virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, real goods, or real services from us or any other party.
(c) We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items and currency at our sole discretion, and we shall have no liability to you or any third party for the exercise of such rights.
(d) Transferring, selling, gifting, trading, or otherwise disposing of virtual items or currency outside of the Game is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access to the Game.

5.4 Pricing

Prices for In-App Purchases are displayed in your local currency as determined by the Google Play Store. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect previously completed purchases.

5.5 Refunds

Refund requests for In-App Purchases should be directed to Google Play in accordance with their refund policies. We are not responsible for processing refunds for purchases made through the Google Play Store.

5.6 Unauthorized Purchases

You are responsible for all In-App Purchases made through your device, including purchases made by minors. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's use of the Game and to configure appropriate device-level purchase restrictions.

6. ADVERTISEMENTS

6.1 The Game displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob and potentially other third-party advertising networks. By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed during your use of the Game.

6.2 Personalized advertisements are displayed only with your consent, which is obtained through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialog. You may change your advertising preferences at any time through:

(a) The privacy options available within the Game's Settings menu;
(b) Your device's advertising settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android);
(c) The consent management dialog when prompted.

6.3 If you do not consent to personalized advertising, you may still see contextual (non-personalized) advertisements.

6.4 We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services offered in such advertisements. Your interaction with any advertisement is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the advertiser.

7. USER CONDUCT

7.1 You agree to use the Game responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

(a) Use the Game in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
(b) Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
(c) Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate usernames or display names;
(d) Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers or networks connected to the Game;
(e) Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Game;
(f) Engage in any activity that constitutes cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs or glitches.

7.2 Violation of these conduct rules may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Game at our sole discretion.

8. GAME DATA AND SAVED PROGRESS

8.1 All game data, including your progress, scores, achievements, virtual currency balances, and customization selections, is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain any backup or cloud storage of your game data.

8.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of your device and your game data. We are not responsible for any loss of game data resulting from:

(a) Device damage, loss, theft, or malfunction;
(b) Operating system updates or reinstallation;
(c) Uninstallation or deletion of the Game;
(d) Clearing of application data or cache;
(e) Any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

8.3 You may voluntarily delete all game data at any time through the Settings menu within the Game. This action is irreversible.

8.4 Game updates may occasionally require data migration. While we make reasonable efforts to preserve your data during updates, we cannot guarantee that all data will be preserved in every circumstance.

9. AVAILABILITY AND UPDATES

9.1 We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Game.

9.2 We may release updates to the Game from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, security patches, or other improvements. Some updates may be required for continued use of the Game. Your continued use of the Game after an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Game and any revised Terms.

9.3 We do not guarantee that the Game will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. PRIVACY

10.1 Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://sahugames.com/pp.html and within the Game. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Game.

10.2 By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

11.1 The Game may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

(a) Google AdMob (advertising)
(b) Google Play Billing (in-app purchases)
(c) Google User Messaging Platform (consent management)

11.2 Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, practices, or availability of any third-party services.

11.3 We do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, services, or other materials available through third-party services.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

12.1 THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12.2 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

(a) THE GAME WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS;
(b) THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
(c) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE GAME WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
(d) ANY ERRORS IN THE GAME WILL BE CORRECTED;
(e) THE GAME WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL DEVICES OR OPERATING SYSTEMS.

12.3 YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE GAME IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM US OR THROUGH THE GAME SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

12.4 SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAHU GAMES, JAGDISH SAHU, OR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

(a) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME;
(b) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA OR TRANSMISSIONS;
(c) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES ACCESSED THROUGH THE GAME;
(d) ANY LOSS OF GAME DATA, PROGRESS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, OR VIRTUAL CURRENCY;
(e) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF THE GAME;
(f) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE GAME;
(g) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE GAME.

13.2 IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE GAME EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13.3 THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND US. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

14.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAHU GAMES, Jagdish Sahu, and our officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

(a) Your use of the Game;
(b) Your violation of these Terms;
(c) Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
(d) Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
(e) Any content you create, submit, or display within the Game (such as usernames).

15. TERMINATION

15.1 These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or us.

15.2 You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Game from your device and ceasing all use.

15.3 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including but not limited to if we believe you have violated these Terms.

15.4 Upon termination:

(a) All licenses and rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease;
(b) You must immediately cease all use of the Game;
(c) Any locally stored game data will remain on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Game;
(d) All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 4 (Intellectual Property), 5.2 (In-App Purchase terms), 12 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 13 (Limitation of Liability), 14 (Indemnification), 16 (Governing Law), and 17 (Dispute Resolution).

16. GOVERNING LAW

16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that you are entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

17.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at contact@sahugames.com and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any issue within 30 days of receipt of your notice.

17.2 Jurisdiction

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chhattisgarh, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

17.3 For residents of the European Union, this Section does not override any mandatory dispute resolution provisions under EU consumer protection laws, including the right to bring claims in your local courts.

17.4 For residents of California, this Section does not override any mandatory provisions of the CCPA or other California consumer protection laws.

18. GENERAL PROVISIONS

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (available at https://sahugames.com/pp.html), constitute the entire agreement between you and SAHU GAMES regarding the Game and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

18.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

18.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any provision shall be effective only if made in writing and signed by SAHU GAMES.

18.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms without restriction.

18.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

18.6 Headings

The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
